New Hackney Captains wanted

Hackney Captains are recruiting – and we would love your help spreading the word.

Members of Hackney Captains play an important role by sharing their health care experiences and ideas, which helps make our services better for kids. The group meets at the Hackney Ark centre in Dalston. Members meet new people, learn news skills, get voiuchers, enjoy free pizza and have great volunteering experience.

We welcome applications from young people with a wide range of health needs and disabilities so that all experiences and perspectives are heard. We are particularly keen to hear from young people with complex communication needs, whose voices are currently under-represented.
