We’re a small team delivering a service we really care about – supporting hundreds of families across Hackney with funding that helps disabled children and young people to do activities so they can have fun, play and learn.

We’re part of Hackney’s Disablded Children’s Service, which sits in the Health and Social Care Directorate.

We hope this website helps you understand how the service works and to find fun and exciting new things for your child to do. Check out our Things to do section to discover exciting new activities for your child.
