Yoga for the Special Child®  is a unique therapeutic yoga method that has changed the lives of countless children with special needs and disabilities around the world. The programme was pioneered by Sonia Sumar who herself had a daughter with Downs Syndrome.  

Apart from regular adults yoga classes which support our charitable work, we also offer a range of free group activities including our girls club, mixed abilities classes, wheelchair users group class, arts and crafts, drum and yoga club and monthly yoga and nature walks.
