Black Arrows offers group and individual coaching catering for all playing standards, whether a beginner or county standard. 

Ages: 8-17 years old. There are also sessions open to 18+ year olds detailed on the website. 

Time: Sundays 9.30 – 11.30 for 8-17 year olds. There are also sessions for 18+ year olds outside of Hackney (at the University of East London).
